Find NDIS – Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. About Find NDIS

Find NDIS is an online directory that helps NDIS participants, their families, carers and support coordinators find disability service providers. It is run by FIND PTY LTD (ABN 19 123 897 030) ("Find NDIS", "we", "us").

Find NDIS lists both registered and unregistered providers. Registered providers are listed for free using the public NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission provider register. Providers can pay for a listing with more details.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Providers with a paid listing also agree to the provider terms in section 5.

3. We are independent

Find NDIS is not part of, affiliated with or endorsed by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We do not make decisions about NDIS plans, funding or eligibility. For those, contact the NDIA.

4. For participants, families and carers

  • Using Find NDIS is free. You do not need an account to search or send a message.
  • Find NDIS is a directory only. We do not provide NDIS supports, and we do not recommend or guarantee any provider.
  • A listing does not mean we have checked a provider's quality, safety or qualifications. Before you choose a provider, check their registration on the NDIS Commission provider register, ask about their experience, and agree a service agreement with them.
  • Unregistered providers are labelled. If your plan is NDIA-managed, you must use a registered provider. If it is self-managed or plan-managed, you can usually use either, but some supports need a registered provider (NDIS: how to find and choose a provider).
  • Search order: some paid listings appear higher in search results (Gold, Silver, Bronze and Featured spots). This is advertising, not a recommendation.
  • When you send a message, we pass your details and message to that provider so they can contact you. Any arrangement you make is between you and the provider.
  • If you need urgent help or are in danger, call 000.

5. For providers

Free listings. Registered providers are listed for free using the public NDIS Commission register. A free listing shows your business name, location, registration status and a "Send a message" button. You can ask us to correct or remove a free listing at any time.

Paid listings. A paid listing costs $99 a year (including GST). It shows your contact details, description, logo, services and locations. You can update your own listing and read the enquiries sent to you. Payments are taken through our payment provider.

Securing your profile. When securing your profile, you acknowledge and confirm you are the legal owner or representative of the profile you are securing and have the legal capacity to make changes to the profile. If there is a dispute regarding a specific profile, priority will be given to the following parties: a) trademark owner, b) a director whose company name matches the profile, c) a business owner whose business name matches the profile, and lastly, d) someone who can demonstrate they own the domain name of the profile in question.

Launch offer. The first 500 providers to take up a paid listing get 50% off their first year ($49.50). After that, the normal price applies.

Term and renewal. A paid listing runs for 12 months. It does not renew automatically. We will remind you before it ends. If you do not renew, your listing goes back to a free listing.

Top spots. Gold, Silver and Bronze spots in each postcode, and Featured listings, are first come, first served. They only work while your paid listing is active.

Refunds

14-day money-back period. If you change your mind, ask within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full.

After 14 days. We don't refund for change of mind. Your paid listing runs until the end of its 12 months, then goes back to a free listing. It does not renew automatically, so you won't be charged again unless you choose to renew.

If we can't provide the service. If Find NDIS closes, has a long outage, or we remove your paid listing for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused months.

If we remove your listing for a serious breach of these terms. This includes being banned or losing registration, giving false information, or putting participants at risk. We won't refund the unused period.

Top spots. Gold, Silver and Bronze spots follow the same rules.

Amount refunded. Refunds are for the amount you actually paid, for example $49.50 under the launch offer.

How to ask. Email info@findndis.com.au with your business name. We will reply within 5 business days and refund your original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For example, if our service has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund or another remedy (ACCC: Repair, replace, refund, cancel).

Your responsibilities. You must:

  • keep your listing accurate and up to date, including your registration status, ABN, services and whether you are taking new clients
  • only claim registrations, qualifications or checks you actually hold
  • not make false or misleading claims, as the Australian Consumer Law requires
  • respond to enquiries promptly and handle participants' personal information in line with privacy law
  • not treat a participant worse because they made a complaint

Removal. We may hide, suspend or remove a listing, or end a paid listing, if a provider is banned or loses registration, gives false information, or puts participants at risk. Where it is safe to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first.

6. Using the website

You must not:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, scam or mislead anyone
  • send spam or bulk messages through the message form
  • copy, scrape or download listings in bulk, or reuse them for another directory
  • try to get into accounts or parts of the site you are not allowed to use, or upload harmful files

We may limit messages, or block a person who breaks these rules.

7. Content you give us

Providers are responsible for what they put in their listing. By adding text, logos or photos, you confirm you have the right to use them, and you let us show them on Find NDIS and in our promotion of the directory. Only use photos of people who have given written consent.

8. Intellectual property

The Find NDIS name, logo, website design and content belong to Find Pty Ltd or its licensors. Provider information from the NDIS Commission register is public information.

9. Our liability

We work to keep Find NDIS accurate and available, but:

  • most listing details come from public registers or from providers themselves, and may be out of date
  • we do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors
  • we are not responsible for the supports a provider delivers, or for any arrangement between you and a provider

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or your dealings with a provider. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to supplying the service again or, for providers, refunding the listing fee.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

12. Complaints and reporting concerns

  • About a listing or Find NDIS: contact us at info@findndis.com.au. We acknowledge complaints within 1 business day and aim to resolve them within 7 business days, or 3 if safety is involved. You can ask for a review within 14 days of our decision.
  • About the quality or safety of NDIS supports: contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544, or through their website. You can do this at any time.
  • Suspected NDIS fraud: use the NDIA's online tip-off form or call the NDIS Fraud Reporting and Scams Helpline on 1800 650 717 (NDIS).
  • Emergencies: call 000.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change affects paid providers, we will email them before it takes effect.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
